Working with a team that supports each other and having a new goal to work towards all the time is what makes it all worthwhile.

ICW continually challenges the individuals and the teams in a variety of ways. It always fascinates, and intrigues me, to see how individuals react and rise to the obstacles we encounter. Watching staff take opportunities and grow into strong team roles, with key individual area ownership, is very encouraging for the company’s future. The continual ambition to improve, and not to stand still in our field, is something I take a great pride in being a part of. The challenges that we set, and overcome as a team, has always been something that stands out. It’s also very rewarding to be part of a team that holds such strong values for its customers.

Working at ICW has allowed me to progress in my career from starting out as a picker in the warehouse in 2012 to now working as a customer service advisor on the helpline. The people are friendly and helpful which has made the transition from warehouse to helpline go smoothly.

Some people dread going to work but ICW is a place where you don’t have to dread it. Every day brings something new but people are always there to try and help you out. I have recently been out of the business for 10 and a half months and my first day back felt like I had never left.
