20th Anniversary – Part Three

In honour of our 20th Anniversary celebrations, we spoke to 20 employees on why they love working at Incorporatewear.
Here are five employees’ thoughts

It’s the fact that ICW lets you spread your wings and sky’s the limit! Every day is challenging and different allowing you to utilise all your skills and develop along the way. Working with a team that supports each other and having a new goal to work towards all the time is what makes it all worthwhile.
Hajra, Quality Control

ICW continually challenges the individuals and the teams in a variety of ways. It always fascinates, and intrigues me, to see how individuals react and rise to the obstacles we encounter. Watching staff take opportunities and grow into strong team roles, with key individual area ownership, is very encouraging for the company’s future. The continual ambition to improve, and not to stand still in our field, is something I take a great pride in being a part of. The challenges that we set, and overcome as a team, has always been something that stands out. It’s also very rewarding to be part of a team that holds such strong values for its customers.
Ben, Warehouse Manager

ICW is a great place to work and progress within the corporate clothing industry, I believe the success of this business is built on its people and is down to the passion and enthusiasm of its employees and their desire to make it work.  The company started as a very family orientated business and has grown rapidly over the years but has still kept the values it was built on, this care and passion also extends to our customers and suppliers which helps us to build great relationships and retain clients for many years.  The opportunities here are endless, we promote within and we encourage and support our employees to improve their skills and progress within the business.  I am personally very proud to be part of this company and its achievements over the past 20 years.
Diane, Office Services Manager

Working at ICW has allowed me to progress in my career from starting out as a picker in the warehouse in 2012 to now working as a customer service advisor on the helpline. The people are friendly and helpful which has made the transition from warehouse to helpline go smoothly.
Karen, Customer Service Advisor

Some people dread going to work but ICW is a place where you don’t have to dread it. Every day brings something new but people are always there to try and help you out. I have recently been out of the business for 10 and a half months and my first day back felt like I had never left.
TJ, Stock Controller
