All members of the UK team had the opportunity to take part in Mindfulness workshops, Nutrition lessons, Zumba activities, practice the Chinese Art of gentle stretching to name just a few things taking part over the day.

Natalie our Health and Safety advisor commented, ‘We wanted to do something a little more “outside of the box” for staff and give them life skills they can use in everyday life, and not just in the workplace. We had great feedback from everyone that took part!’
